Attic Ladder Solutions – Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your attic ladder purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please review our returns policy below. Please note that the installation and labour guarantee is only available to those clients who booked an assessment before purchase and availed of our free installation service.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for unused ladders within 14 days of installation in accordance with Irish and EU consumer law.

  • The ladder must be unused and in its original installed condition.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery/installation to request a return.
  • A reasonable call-out and removal fee may apply, as the ladder will need to be professionally removed.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your ladder is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately.

  • We will arrange free repair, replacement, or removal in line with your statutory rights.
  • All ladders come with a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty and a 1-year installation guarantee for added peace of mind.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return or report an issue, please email returns@atticladdersolutions.ie or call 087 983 5432 with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will guide you through the process and arrange collection or removal if necessary.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return has been processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or modified ladders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns but remain covered by our warranty and installation guarantee.
